Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation process works:

More than 24 hours before delivery time:

You are eligible for a 90% refund to your original payment method (after a 10% cancellation fee),

Or opt for a 100% store credit in your Brown Bear Wallet—no deductions applied.

Between 12 to 24 hours before delivery time:

A 20% cancellation fee applies, and you’ll receive an 80% refund to your original payment method,

Or choose a 100% store credit as an alternative.

Within 12 hours of scheduled delivery time:

Cancellations are not eligible for refunds, as preparation would have already commenced.

Important Notes:
Same-day delivery orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Orders placed for special days (festivals, holidays, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to high demand and advance preparation.

All refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Brown Bear Bakers and are typically reflected in your bank account within 5–7 business days.

In case of genuine emergencies (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
