Damage policy

At Brown Bear Bakers, we take every precaution to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. However, if your cake is damaged during delivery, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt.

To initiate a claim, please provide:

    • Your Order Number
    • A detailed description of the damage
    • Clear photos of the damaged product from multiple angles

Resolution Process:
Once we receive the required information, our team will promptly investigate the matter.

If the damage is verified to be due to handling or delivery issues attributable to us, we will offer one of the following remedies (subject to availability):

A complimentary replacement cake

A voucher/store credit for a future purchase

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days, and a confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Important Notes:
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made beyond this window will not be entertained.

Brown Bear Bakers reserves the right to request additional documentation or deny a claim if sufficient evidence is not provided.

This policy does not apply to subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., taste, color variation) or damages occurring due to improper handling or storage by the customer after delivery.
