I purchased this cake from Brown bear bakers,KPHB Branch,Jagadgiri gutta route,500072...I am contacting you regarding the 1/2 birthday cake ordered for ₹3,500. The cake delivered is not edible and poses a serious health risk. The outer layer is made of a strange, thick, plastic-like dough that doesn't even dissolve or melt outside the fridge. More shockingly, the blue/yellow artificial colors used on the cake are so synthetic that they are not even washing off with water from hands and plates. The inside sponge is completely dry with zero syrup. You have used sub-standard, dangerous chemicals and heavy flour just to artificially increase the weight and cheat me of ₹3,500.When complained, the branch manager misbehaved and challenged me to file complaints anywhere. I demand a full refund immediately, or I will be forced to escalate this to the Food Safety Authorities (FSSAI) and Consumer Court with chemical evidence."
